We offer an eclectic approach to Yoga; our classes are accessible to everyone irregardless of age, body type, and prior experience because our classes are gentle, dynamic, and heart centered (click for schedule).

The practices of Asana (seating the body), Pranayama (disciplining the breath), Pratyahara (relaxing the senses or disengaging the external world), Dharana (gathering internally), and Dhyana (just being) embody a style that reveres an ancient tradition of Yoga.

With a unique approach to alignment and breath, we offer a fresh and practical approach to a diverse set of students; an approach that transcends age, fitness, and knowledge level.
